Having been interested in architecture and construction from an early age he began his professional development with the Art and Design Foundation course at the Architectural Association followed by a degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London. After completing his degree and spending some time in professional practice he took the postgraduate diploma in Architecture at South Bank University in London.
Oliver passed his professional qualification exams in 2002. He is registered with the Architects Registration Board and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Oliver has worked in a number of architectural practices including ten years at Living Architects in London. Projects worked on during this time have been from many different construction sectors but predominately in social housing, private and high end residential and education.
In 2013 he studied building conservation at the Architectural Association in London gaining the Graduate Diploma in the Conservation of Historic Buildings.
Sheffield architects Hardiman and Co are a design practice founded by Oliver Hardiman. We work within South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas but have strong connections to London and are available to undertake commissions in the capital and the South East as well.
